We Work

Premieres compress a crowd, a press line, and a principal into a few feet of sidewalk. The work is arrival timing, a held pocket of space at the step-and-repeat, a clean path into the theater, and a departure staged before the credits roll rather than after.

Manhattan and Times Square houses put barricades, ticket lines, and public foot traffic on the same block as the arrival lane, so the advance matters more than the muscle: we walk the route, confirm the interior hold, and agree the exit before the first vehicle moves.

Diplomatic and council-week work in Manhattan is a credentialing and logistics problem as much as a protective one. Streets close, motorcades stack, and access is controlled at several rings before a principal ever reaches a room.

Our role is to make the client's movement work inside someone else's perimeter: arrival staging that respects the official cordon, credential handling, a driver who knows the closures, and low-profile coverage in rooms where presence has to be felt and not seen.

Arena work runs on floor access. Ring-side and court-side positions sit inside a working broadcast environment — cameras, cable runs, production staff, and a crowd that surges at predictable moments. Coverage has to hold a position without blocking a shot or a walkway.

We work the floor, the tunnel, and the route back to the vehicle: suite and hospitality coverage during play, an escort through the concourse when the building empties, and a departure that does not wait in the same traffic as everyone else.

Estate parties, benefits, and private concerts under canvas have no permanent walls, no fixed doors, and often no house security. A tent is a venue that has to be built, credentialed, and posted from scratch — usually on the same day it opens.

We work these details end to end: an advance walk of the site while it is still being set, posts at the practical entry points, backstage and talent coverage once production is live, and a plan for the parking field and the departure order at the end of the night.

Most exposure happens in the twenty feet between a door and a vehicle. Secure transport work is route planning with alternates, a driver who stays with the vehicle, and an agent who owns the curb — the sidewalk read, the door, and the seal.

Standing-post details cover the other half: a residence, an office entrance, a set, or a job site where a fixed, visible presence is the deterrent. Posts are briefed with a scope, a relief schedule, and a single escalation contact.

Private aviation details start before the aircraft does. Coverage is staged at the FBO, coordinated with crew and ground handling, and carried through the ramp walk so there is no unattended gap between the terminal and the door of the aircraft.
